I'm a balanced blend of design geek meets yoga enthusiast. There is a method to my madness, I thrive in all situations that share one common denominator – human connection. Establishing or reinventing brands, digital storytelling and facilitating group movement are the skillsets I have mastered to achieve my purpose of connecting humans.
19+ years of design industry experience has led me to Australia, San Francisco and now, Canada. My experience ranges from small studios servicing niche markets to in-house Art Director managing 11 corporate brands. I've produced brand development kick-starts for small businesses to large scale event branding to national multi-channel campaigns. My experience has provided a wide variety of design skills to master and craft a design solution to almost any brief, with heart. I confess to being an efficient perfectionist who never leaves passion off the table.

Design + Yoga – It's all about human connection
A yogi for 15 years, a teacher for 5, my purpose as an instructor is to share my knowledge, passion and love for this life-changing practice. Through movement, breath and music I help humans reconnect with their bodies and understand their specific needs. I promote a supportive, playful space encouraging students to start exactly where they are. My passion for this form of movement was born out of a time of deep adversity. Through a consistent yoga practice, yoga transformed my body, and life, allowing me to access previously unknown strength, operate from a responsive versus a reactive state of mind and become deeply connected to my sense of self.
